I rock with the Fried Catfish

I just had to show off. It came out perfect

Ingredients
Catfish nuggets
A pan full of piping hot oil (canola)
Breading:
Gluten free all purpose flower
Chile powder
Dill
Garlic powder
Onion powder

Directions
Double bread the catfish in the breading
Cook oil till freakin hot.
Drop nuggets in oil
Cook till golden brown
Serve lemon or thousand island.

I served this tonight with pasta with scallops and vodka sauce with parmesan regiano and brussle sprouts.
